BLACK
BEAUTY
SERIES 10 |
Series 10 relays are constructed using 94V-0 bobbins and tubes. Reuthenium
or rhodium contacts are used exclusively. Leads are tin plated for
solderability. RX-2 for dry contact switching to 5 watts, Black Beauty for 3 to
20 watt switching. Power Max for 10 to 50 watt switching are in stock for
immediate delivery. Series 10 relays are unsurpassed for performance versus user
cost. |
FORM C
SERIES 15
|
Series 15 offers many unique design application advantages. Its unique
package design manufactured using materials traceable to UL 94V-0 ratings
coupled with its economical price make this relay far superior to competitive
relays. |
OPEN
LINE
SERIES 20
|
Series 20 relays, available in 1A, 2A, 1C, 2C mercury wet and standard dry
reeds are constructed using a bobbin of special design meeting UL94V-0. High
quality rhodium switches are used in all standard open line relays. Many User
options enhancing reliability and/or performance are available if required to
meet specific well defined applications. |
IN-LINE
SIP
SERIES 30
|
Series 30 in-line relays are available in the identical wattage ratings as
supplied in the series 10 relays. A hard epoxy coating over the entire relay
makes this relay especially suited to withstand hostile environments and
hazardous cleaning solvents. |
STANDARD
TUBULAR
SERIES 40
|
EAC's original broad line of relays has been designated the Series 40. Types
represented in this series are HI-REL form A,
low cost commercial form A,
micro and standard size form C,
high voltage, mercury wet,
ultra micro, ultra sensitive,
form B and magnetic latching. All relays are
manufactured with a magnetic shield. |
STANDARD
MOLDED
SERIES 50
|
Molded relays are offered in 1A to 6A, 1C to 2C, 1B to 2B, and 1A latch.
High reliability and economy types are offered in all switching modes. Any
competitors "foot print" can be matched using very low cost tooling.
Relay construction features vacuum impregnation of epoxy throughout. |
LOW
THERMAL
SERIES 60
|
Series 60 relays are manufactured such that they contribute minimum offset
voltage to the circuit being switched. Extremely small voltages and currents can
be switched with great accuracy and reliability. These relays are useful in data
loggers, thermocouple switching, and in other sensitive equipment requiring the
ultimate in relay performance. |
SURFACE MOUNT REED RELAYS
SERIES
70
|
This unique Surface Mount Series utilizes a transfer molding technique
especially geared to withstand the higher temperatures of reflow soldering as
compared to ordinary wave soldering. Relays are available in shipping tubes
containing 50 relays each for use with automatic pick and place machinery.
Switching types available are 1 Form A, 1 Form B, and 1 Form C.

EPOXY MOLDED
B1A-TEL - LINE SENSE
REED RELAY
|
EAC's B1A-TEL line sense reed relay is designed to be mounted on a printed
circuit board as a small PWB mount loop current detector. Meets FCC Part 68
requirements for telephone applications. |
EPOXY
MOLDED
DIP REED RELAYS
|
High performance DIP reed relays available in low cost Lead Frame
configuration. Offering extremely easy access, these superbly engineered relays
are made to provide reliable trouble free operation at inexpensive prices. |
EPOXY MOLDED
SMRR2-5-150 -
SURFACE MOUNT FOR ATE EQUIPMENT
|
The SMRR2-5-150 is a six leaded surface mount reed relay for ATE equipment.
Many other models are available, contact us for the details. |
EPOXY MOLDED
SERIES SN - THIN SIP REED
RELAYS
|
EAC's thin SIP series SN is the answer for those areas in which high
performance coupled with a budget price is desired. |
| POSITION SENSORS |
EAC manufactures a very broad line of Position Sensors, many of which are
Underwriters Laboratories tested and approved. In addition to this broad line of
UL approved sensors, EAC has developed over 200 varieties of specialty position
sensors that incorporate features such as epoxy selection, wire insulation,
flexible packaging, multi-pole and multi-sensing, micro-miniature, high power
(over 200 watts), high voltage (over 10,000 volts), multi-component and other
types too numerous to mention. |
